What Is Personal Training

Personal training is face to face 1-1 or 2-1 coaching in a gym environment. Sessions last 50 minutes to an hour and are personalised around your fitness goals. With my personal training you will have 24/7 access to my coaching app where you can track your workouts, nutrition & more!

Who is Personal Training For?

Personal training is suitable for everyone! It does not matter your experience, goal or age. Personal training can be specifically beneficial for beginners who need direction or those who have plateaued in their training.

Why Personal Training?

Your workouts are developed uniquely to you with the added benefit of me coaching you through these workouts. Additionally, I will be able to assess your form and technique alongside see if any adjustments need to be made.

With personal training you are required to book sessions in advance giving you the accountability of showing up to the gym.

Personal training allows us to discuss any questions you may have or anything related to your program. I can give you in-depth knowledge that you can take with you in your fitness journey.

As your personal trainer it is my job to make sure you get the most out of every session! With face to face training I can push and motivate you to do exactly that!
